Applications
for spraying lacquer varnish to PCBs.
Characteristic:
1) The X, Y, Z, U four-axis movement can accurately realize the selective spraying process for various circuit boards to avoid uncoated areas such as connectors.
2) The software and electrical equipment are equipped with safety protection and audible and visual alarm in case of abnormality.
3) The equipment is equipped with automatic immersion function rubber valve in standby and automatic cleaning rubber hose function.
4) The width of the spraying machine can be adjusted according to different sizes of PCBA, with an accuracy of ± 0.5mm.
5) The spraying width and flow rate of the valve can be accurately controlled through multiple flow meters.
6) Can choose single valve or multiple valves. Multiple valves can be sprayed simultaneously or sequentially.
7) The UV curing machine can be irradiated 360 degrees and can be installed simultaneously with UV&IR. The maximum IR temperature can reach 80 ºC.
