The advantages of the CNC laminating machine made up to the shortcomings of the traditional laminating machine by adding a mechanical arm and positioning arm to automatically adjust the rollers by position memory function. By merely input the size of the profile for the first time, the positioning arm will automatically fix the profile, meanwhile, the parameter of the mechanical arm will be set by the operator on display, all the data of positions are sensed by computer and saved. Hundreds of positions could be used repeatedly anytime by adjusting just once.
The CNC laminating machine is used to laminate for all kinds of profiles such as doors, windows, sliding doors, wall closets.
The procedure of roller adjustment of the current laminating machine depends on manual work with the hexagon bar wrench. It is inefficient to waste hours on equipment adjustment before operating especially for orders could be done in half an hour, such as a small number of complex profiles.
