Machine Details:
1) Structure:
Assembling structure for easy transport. Ground type with staff access for painting. Constructed of galvanized steel with a high glossy powder coating.
2) Lighting System:
Features 6 sets of high brightness, energy-saving LED lights (18W each) with a quick start-up time and long lifetime.
3) Powder Recovery System:
Includes 6 dust filter cartridges (600mm*Ø320mm) and 6 solenoid valves (holeØ20mm, DC24V) for automatic pulse blowback powder recovery.
4) Circulation System:
Equipped with a centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor) generating an air flow of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Blower connected to cabin with anti-flame flexible tube and adjustable exhaust vent.
5) Blower Holder System:
Constructed with 80*80 square tubes to reduce noise and prevent resonance, independent from the booth.
