MF magnetron sputtering series coating machine
Medium-high temperature medium-frequency vacuum coating machine is a device that works under a relatively high vacuum degree. It is mainly used to form a thin film on a substrate (the object to be coated). The working principle of this coating machine is mainly based on two technologies: evaporation and sputtering.Medium frequency magnetron sputtering technology is one of the more prominent technologies in medium-high temperature medium frequency vacuum coating machines. It uses magnetic field to control the movement of electrons in non-uniform electromagnetic field, so that the evaporated molecules of the film body are accelerated to bombard the target material under the action of electric field, sputtering a large number of target atoms, which are deposited on the substrate to form a thin film. This technology has the characteristics of high sputtering rate, low substrate temperature rise, good film-substrate bonding, and stable device performance.
