Structure:
Modular structure allows for easy transport. Ground-level access for staff during painting. Built from galvanized steel with a high-gloss powder-coated finish.
Lighting System:
Comprises 6 sets of high-brightness, energy-efficient LED lights (18W each). Designed for longevity, reaching full brightness in just one second.
Powder Recovery System:
Equipped with 6 dust filter cartridges (600mm*Ø320mm) and 6 solenoid valves (holeØ20mm, DC24V). Features automatic pulse blowback for superior powder recovery.
Circulation System:
Includes a centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor) offering an air flow rate of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Connected to the cabin with an anti-flame flexible tube and a four-direction adjustable exhaust vent.
Blower Holder System:
Constructed with 80*80 square tubes to minimize noise and prevent resonance. Designed independently from the booth for added stability.

Process Steps:
- Pre-treatment: Eliminate rust and oil from the surface of the product.
- Drying: Thorough drying of workpieces following pre-treatment.
- Powder Coating: Applied either manually or automatically for precise coverage.
- Powder Curing: Heat in an oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes to ensure a durable coat.
- Cooling: Natural cooling process to achieve optimal results.
