The COLO-660 Portable Powder Coating Machine features an innovative design with four pre-programmed control options that allow you to easily coat variety of parts:
1.Flat mode: coating simple shape parts.
2.Recoat mode: adjust both the voltage and current for efficient recoating.
3.Corner mode: adjust voltage while maintaning current output for coating complicated corners and recesses.
4.Pulse mode: rapidly recharges the powder for higher transfer efficiency and to help overcome the faraday cage effect on tight crebies.
This unit is an economical unit that is suitable for most powder coating beginners or to replace the old and classic unit. It can powder coat the complex shape of parts like alloy wheels, cabinets,furnitures easily, the deep corner place can be sprayed very well .
