Circulation System:
Outfitted with a powerful centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor) delivering an impressive air flow of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Includes an anti-flame flexible tube connection to the cabin and an adjustable exhaust vent in four directions for optimal ventilation.
Blower Holder System:
Constructed using robust 80*80 square tubes to minimize noise and prevent resonance. Designed to be independent from the booth, ensuring enhanced stability.

Process Steps:
- Pre-treatment: Thoroughly remove rust and oil from the product's surface.
- Drying: Efficiently dry the workpieces post pre-treatment.
- Powder Coating: Precisely applied either manually or automatically.
- Powder Curing: Heat the coated workpieces in an oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes to ensure a durable finish.
- Cooling: Allow the workpieces to cool naturally for optimal results.
