Structure:
Modular assembly structure for straightforward transport. Ground-level access facilitates painting operations. Constructed from galvanized steel with a high-gloss powder-coated finish.
Lighting System:
Equipped with 6 high-brightness, energy-efficient LED lights (18W each). These lights offer a long lifespan and instant brightness within a second.
Powder Recovery System:
Features six dust filter cartridges (600mm*Ø320mm) and six solenoid valves (holeØ20mm, DC24V). Automated pulse blowback ensures efficient powder recovery.
Circulation System:
Outfitted with a centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor) delivering airflow of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Includes an anti-flame flexible tube connecting to the cabin with an exhaust vent adjustable in four directions.
Blower Holder System:
Built using 80*80 square tubes for noise reduction and resonance prevention. Independently situated from the booth for superior stability.

Process Steps:
- Pre-treatment: Eliminate rust and oil from the product's surface.
- Drying: Thoroughly dry workpieces post pre-treatment.
- Powder Coating: Apply powder manually or automatically for meticulous precision.
- Powder Curing: Heat in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes to achieve a durable coating.
- Cooling: Allow natural cooling for optimal coating results.
